Justin Dean

Justin Dean serves as Chief of Sta2 at Helium Advisors, working alongside firm leadership

across strategy, operations, client experience, business development, and related

business initiatives. With over two decades of experience in entrepreneurship, client

service, relationship management, and operational execution, Justin brings a practical,

real-world perspective to building trust, solving problems, and moving opportunities

forward.

Justin plays a cross-functional role across the organization, helping align people, priorities,

and resources across Helium’s tax, wealth, and advisory platform. Drawing on his

experience as an entrepreneur and business partner, his work often sits at the intersection

of client relationships, business growth, internal execution, and strategic partnerships.

Outside of work, Justin enjoys spending time with his family, following football, traveling,

and staying active.
